I bought a Lo & Sons bag a few months ago, and it still looks almost brand new. The zippers feel sturdy, the fabric wipes clean easily, and it hasn’t lost its shape. I was a little worried I’d need to baby it or buy some unnecessary cleaner or protector, but nope, it’s held up great on its own. Happy with the quality so far...

I actually really like these bags, but they’re almost always sold out when I go to buy them. Am I the only one who finds that super frustrating? They’re good quality, I just wish they were easier to get.

Honestly, 5 stars from me. I use my Lo & Sons bag pretty much every day, and it gets thrown around a bit, in the car, under my desk, wherever. I spilled coffee on it once and figured, yeah, that’s probably it, there’s gonna be a stain. But nope, I just wiped it with a damp cloth and it came right off. Not a fancy explanation, but basically it makes the bag way less annoying to actually use every day

I’ve had my Lo & Sons bag for about 8 months now, and I use it regularly for work and the occasional short trip.
It’s been stuffed under plane seats, carried around in the rain a few times, and tossed in the car more than I’d like to admit, but the fabric and zippers still look good. No tearing or weird fraying so far, which is what I was most worried about.

I’m giving it 4 stars just because one handle feels a tiny bit softer than the other, but overall it’s been solid and feels like it’ll last

The bag does look really nice in person, but the zipper and clips feel kind of average to me, especially for the price. Nothing has broken or anything, so it’s not a huge issue, I just thought that part would feel a little more sturdy.

I got my Lo & Sons bag mostly for travel, the pocket layout is kind of ridiculously useful. Everything has its place, charger, keys, all the little stuff that usually disappears into the void because apparently that’s just what bags do. I barely have to dig around anymore, which is a small miracle. It’s simple, but it makes a bigger difference than it probably should.

I got caught in a heavy downpour, and this bag did a solid job keeping everything inside dry. The zippers worked fine and didn’t seem to let water in, which I appreciated. I wouldn’t say I’ve tested it in every possible condition yet, but so far I’m happy with how it performed

I figured the warranty process would be straightforward, but it turned into a bunch of back-and-forth emails with slow replies. Maybe I’m assuming too much from the tone, but the responses felt kind of copy-pasted, like they weren’t really interested in helping. In the end, nothing really got resolved, and now I’m basically stuck with a bag I can’t use much

I had a little issue with my order, nothing major but enough that I figured I should email Lo & Sons and see what happened. I wasn’t expecting much, maybe one of those super generic replies, but they got back to me quickly and sounded like an actual person, which was kind of refreshing.
They sorted everything out without turning it into a whole complicated back-and-forth, and I really appreciated that. It just made the whole experience feel easy, and yeah, it definitely makes me feel more comfortable ordering from them again.

I picked up a Lo & Sons bag after seeing a bunch of people mention how good the organization is, they weren’t wrong. The laptop sleeve, little pockets, and key clip make it way easier to find my stuff during the day instead of digging around forever. It holds my work things well without becoming a total mess. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few of the pockets get a little tight once the bag is full, and I’m curious if other people notice that too. Overall though, I’m happy with it and can see why it gets recommended.

The strap is just okay, honestly. It feels fine at first, but after a longer walk it starts to hurt a bit, and I really don’t have the patience to keep adjusting it over and over.

I’ve been using these and the zipper has been really smooth for me. I haven’t had any snagging so far, which is exactly what I wanted.

I’ve been using this for my daily stuff and it fits my laptop plus a few extras well. I do kinda wish it was just a little bigger, but overall it gets the job done nicely!

I got my bag from Lo & Sons and the color was pretty much exactly like it looked in the website photos. I was a little worried it might be darker in person or look different once I had it around the house, but it looked the same. I’m really happy with that since colors online can be tricky sometimes.

Even with my laptop and all my everyday stuff packed inside, it doesn’t feel bulky or annoying to carry. I’ve used it through airports and kept it on me all day, and it’s been super easy. I’ve used a few bags like this before, and this one is good for short outings. The pockets are really helpful for keeping things organized, though the zipper does get stuck sometimes...

It looks nice, but I’ve had a harder time matching it with my outfits than I expected. I thought I’d wear it a lot more, but it just doesn’t go with as much of my wardrobe as I hoped

Returning it was easier than I expected. The refund took a few days to show up, which I’m guessing might’ve been more of a bank processing thing than anything else, but overall it went smoothly
